How bookings work:

We may decline or propose alternative dates if conditions, staffing, aircraft availability, or safety considerations require it.

Prices may be shown on the website or provided by quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude optional add-ons (photo/video, transport, accommodation assistance, etc.).

If a deposit or prepayment is required, the payment terms will be stated in the booking confirmation message.

You are responsible for any bank fees, international transfer fees, or currency conversion fees charged by your provider.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, we will offer rescheduling or the refund options described in our Refund Policy.
• If you cancel or do not show, different rules apply depending on notice and whether a deposit/prepayment was required.

Participation requires signing waivers and acknowledgments of risk. You agree to follow all instructions and safety procedures.

We may require additional paperwork for minors (if eligible) and for certain medical situations.

If you purchase photo/video services, the exact deliverables and delivery method will be described in your booking confirmation or on our Photo & Video page.

We may capture photos/video for operational, training, or marketing purposes. If you do not want your image used for marketing, you may opt out by notifying us in writing before your activity.

Note: Passengers may not use handheld cameras during a tandem skydive unless explicitly permitted by staff for safety reasons.

Gift certificates (if offered) are generally transferable and can be redeemed according to the terms stated at purchase or in the certificate confirmation.

If gift certificates have an expiration date or specific redemption rules, those will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.

Our website may link to third-party sites (weather tools, travel services, social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only request information needed to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and operate safely (for example, contact info and relevant eligibility details).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jump Iceland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain statutory consumer rights).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence apply.

Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Iceland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
